Hiya!
I am a Character Designer, Illustrator, and 2D Animator who loves to use the visual language of animation to its fullest potential. My art is full of bright colors and exaggerated shape language, and my characters and stories are inspired by my whimsical and absurd sense of humor and symbolism for my lived experiences. I am organized, punctual, work well under pressure, and love building upon the ideas of my peers. And when I’m not drawing, I like reading fantasy and young adult books and collecting figurines.
I could tell you I wanted to be an artist since I was a child, but that would be a lie. I actually dreamed of being a doctor when I was very young and had an interest in learning about human anatomy and biology. I stumbled into loving art when I was 12 because of an encouraging art teacher and a not so small obsession with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. From then on my dream job changed from performing life saving surgery to designing cryptic wizards you might find hiding in the grocery store. When I realized I could draw the daydreams in my head it felt like magic! By the time I was in high school I was drawing almost everyday and calling myself an animator before I had ever animated anything. In college I had the opportunity to use my art and comedy skills to bring to life my stories alongside equally talented friends. Now I have a BFA in animation from California College of the Arts and two animated short films, The Great Space Escape and La promesa de la luna, under my belt.

Recruited a team to complement my strengths; a co-creator, English and Spanish voiceover artists, and a volunteer to create an original musical score.
